I was with the same insurance company for 8 years and out of curiosity decided to stop by Paul Barton’s State Farm office in my neighborhood. I wish I did it earlier! Here a couple of things I was blown away by. First, it’s the normal human touch: real conversations with real people, no robotic lines, personal accountability and opportunity to develop longer-term strategy. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful and friendly, insurance agent Kevin is a top notch pro, who helped me to address both the immediate needs and longer term plans. Kevin was on my side, attentive to details, and strategic at the same time. Second thing I was surprised with is the price. The total cost of my policy with the same or higher coverage dropped by 2x! So, I’ve got better level of service, better coverage and all of that at lower cost! I highly recommend this office!

I called today and talked to Kevin what awesome customer service!!! I changed my Honda Pilot and my Home owner insurance From Farmers insurance to state Farm. I saved $119.44 a month on the pilot and on Home insurance I saved $1,077.14 a year. Plus I bought a new car insurance is only 97.86 . Kevin was knowledgeable we did it all over the phone I didn’t have to go online and figure it out all by myself. It was not stressful at all. Then he emailed me all the information . I was paying $140/mo with Geico. I am a woman in her mid-30s who has never been in an accident or even had a ticket, and drives a reliable old-lady car. Are you kidding me? The angel at state farm signed me up for comparable insurance with roadside assistance for $69/MO. That’s less than half of what I have been paying. I was speechless (aside from some expletives due to shock). Highly highly recommend!

These people are wonderfully professional, knowledgeable, capable, intelligent, and personable. I have home and auto with State Farm / Paul Barton. Each time I’ve called, whether it has been six weeks or six months, they remember who I am, pull up my record based on my name and phone number, and make things incredibly easy. Going over my homeowner policy declaration pages on the phone with Evelyn today, she not only remembered who I was, even though we hadn’t spoken in nine months: she remembered what I was actually covered for and had my record pulled up and gave me exactly what I needed right away. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Love this company. This is the polar opposite of the company I switched from (not naming names but starts with a “P” and ends with “essive”). I was often hard-pressed to get any kind of help with P-essive, and filing a claim then reaching anyone was difficult. I am SO glad I found Paul Barton at State Farm, and their agents. Counting my lucky stars. PS: State Farm’s claims department are also rock stars. Super easy to deal with. I once filed and withdrew a claim, as I opted to pay repair costs myself. This call did no go on my record nor raise my premiums. ⭐ Unlike with the insurer I broke up with. I once called their claims line to ask a question, and they treated it like a claim and put it on my record. I never filed a claim. But they raised my rates anyway. You’ll never find State Farm doing anything shady like that.
