The most unorganized and poorly managed company I’ve worked with. I contacted two of their agents (including my account manager) by emails 2 months ago asking to cancel my account. They ignored me. I called upset and reminded them of the emails asking again to cancel. They said they would get it done. Today I received 2 emails from 2 random companies (that Great Park Insurance gave my information to) asking me to pay my invoices with them. Great Park Insurance never cancelled my account. I’m now invoiced for close to $200 for services I never used. This amount will probably increase unless these people properly cancel my account. I hired them for their good reviews. I was mislead. I read their most recent reviews. It’s mostly 1-star reviews of angry customers.

They were responsive when we were hiring them but ignored us when we wanted to cancel services since our company was no longer in business. We contacted them in July asking to cancel twice by email to two agents and once by phone. All attempts were ignored. We’re now in September being billed for services we did not use and having to spend more time jumping through hoops and calling Great Park over and over until they just cancel our account. A very shady and problematic team of people to work with.

You won’t regret calling Great Park Insurance Irvine. I actually just paid my auto insurance renewal today and thought I should share my great experience. During a time where the insurance industry is wild, Jordan Meyer has always helped me. I’m actaully a returning client and I would go no where else anymore. Thank you so much Jordan I appreciate you so much. Definitely would recommend anyone to Jordan Meyer Great Park Insurance Irvine.

What an amazing team and an amazing agent! Ilker did a terrific job at explaining my auto, home, and life insurance options and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. He couldn’t have made it any more simple and easy to understand. I also met with Daniel , owner of Great Park Insurance, his staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any of my insurance needs.

Location is great and it has a parking lot with plenty of spaces which makes it easy for me when I want to just stop by to sort things out.

After being canceled by my previous home insurance company, I wasn’t sure I would be able to find comparable coverage in California again. I thought I might have to use the FAIR plan for several years, but when I called Great Park, they were very kind and helpful, and Julius sent me several quotes that compared evenly with my previous coverage. Our communication has been good, and though I would have liked to meet the folks there in person, we did everything, including signing documents and making payments, online, which was pretty convenient. I generally don’t need much attention unless I need to file a claim, so I’m hopeful that everything will go smoothly at that time. Based on my interactions with them (Julius Yang was my contact there), I would recommend.
