Mike Fillmore has been my agent for over 15 years. I’ve never had to worry about having adequate coverage at a competitive rate until October of 2023…facing a non-renewal home insurance policy with an outrageous premium, Mike helped me secure a policy that was outside of Williams’ portfolio of coverage. He knew that the rates were coming in at a price point that was outside of my budget and, he didn’t stop there. He offered to review the new policy and helped me attain some cost savings while still maintaining the coverage I’m accustomed to. Mike filled out my application and set up my online account so that I can have access at all times — and, he even saved a copy of my policy in his files just in case I needed to call him with any questions! And, he did all of this even though technically he is not maintaining my home coverage at this time (he still does insure my autos 😊). I truly am thankful that I wasn’t left in limbo trying to figure out the home insurance process on my own – a process that has changed with so many providers dropping their coverage in Los Angeles County. Mike is a true professional and today he has truly gone above and beyond!
Mike’s level of attention and overall customer experience over the years is what led me to introduce him to my daughter for her insurance needs. She was a recent graduate from UC Davis and was going to stay in the San Francisco area for work and needed both auto and rental insurance. Wow! The customer service that Mike Fillmore offers is incredible! Mike guided us towards solutions when our insurance carrier wanted to discontinue us due to multiple water leaks.
