Would highly recommend working with this office, especially Colby. He was incredibly patient, yet fast-paced with setting us up with insurance before a personal deadline. Within 4 hours, we received a few quotes with different coverage levels, deductible amounts, and any possible discounts available to us, and by the next day we were covered under State Farm, allowing me to cancel our previous (over-priced) carrier before billing would’ve occurred. I love that State Farm doesn’t nickel and dime you if you want to do monthly billing. Thanks Colby for all your help!

I have been working with this agency for several decades now and have always found them to be responsive and easy to work with. We have had a number of claims that reflected events out of our control, and they have been able to rapidly guide me through the process. I just got a new car, and Ginette was able to seamlessly switch coverage from the prior vehicle to the new one. I had to interrupt the call briefly. When I returned several hours later, she recognized my voice and had the pertinent screen open and ready to complete the process. (This is for her bosses: she has a great phone voice and presence. She took time to chat and didn’t seem at all like she was in a hurry to get off the phone)
My son warned me that his premiums (from another company) were going to skyrocket when he got the same car that I did an he had to switch insurance companies. Not so with State Farm. The change was negligible.
Final comment: I had a horrible experience with a different company (AS) and agent several years ago. State Farm immediately stepped into the breach in with a single phone call.

Switched from another State Farm branch to Courtney Rogers’ and WOW. Top knotch, 5-star, white glove customer service every single time I’ve called. They care about their customers and you can hear it in their voice.
Ginette answered the phone very promptly midway through the first ring and was very patient and thorough in hearing my questions. She took down the details, and made sure she had addressed all of the points I mentioned. She gave an update when she needed more time to investigate the situation.
Following up with a phone call rather than text/email adds such a personal touch and true sincerity. She even took extra time to address some concerns and guided me through what my specific renters policy covers; sent the declaration page with more specifics in the event of an issue.
Never received even a 10th of that level of customer service from the previous branch. Ginette and the Courtney Rogers’ team are amazing!
