We have had an open Auto claim since 5-17-2022 with NO resolution yet. We are still owed money for lost wages and pain and suffering for injuries. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service – and the only way to speak to someone is to send an e-mail and hope for a call. DO NOT buy AllState for Auto Insurance.
