Best insurance company ever! I recently experienced a hurricane and had questions about my home owners policy. I phoned Ricci Insurance and they IMMEDIATELY picked up! There was no hold time. The lady on the other end of the call (Allyssa) was so nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was patient during the call. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush off the phone. Two days later she emailed me and checked on me and asked how I’m doing after the storm. Absolutely amazing!
