Waggoner Insurance Customer Reviews:
Been with Waggoner for many years. I’ve had no complaints until the last year or so. Last year when my premiums jumped up almost $600/mo with Grange, and then this past week as I haven’t been able to reach them by email or phone to cancel our auto policy. We obtained new auto insurance on July 25th, but since we had paid up our premiums thru 8/11, I wanted to have prior policy cancelled and request a refund. My phone calls have gone to voicemail all week and the emails have gone unanswered with no kickbacks of “undelivered.” I noticed another reviewer had complaints of “no contact” about 3 weeks ago, and I don’t know of any phone or Internet issues that take a month to resolve. So, what’s really going on & should we find another agent?
