Amazing insurance company!! I called around for quotes and Acceptance was the cheapest around for full coverage and everything else! My agent, Mrs. Christina Jones is absolutely fantastic, she will find ways to get you discounts and has helped me lower my bill to make it easier on my monthly payments! I have had my fair share of bad insurance companies who just don’t care but not with Acceptance . They genuinely care and want to help you get on the road driving .

The Acceptance Insurance people on Dunns are great and very kind, the only problem I have is I got in a car accident and I haven’t heard anything from the claims department. I have called several times, left voice messages and nothing back. Its very frustrating trying to see what’s going on and nobody not even the supervisor over the department picked up or gotten back with me. It’s about to a month since the accident and I haven’t heard anything but Russell and Christina are very much helpful and easy to communicate with about my issue. Thank you to them.
