Estela Cortez was an amazing help. I had originally tried getting my insurance online since it was already 6:30pm and after I had made my payment to start the session timed out while the documents were finalizing. I called customer service and was getting transferred back and forth like 5 times and no one could help since office hours end at 7pm. I then get a call from Estela and not only did she resolve my issue but was able to get me all my paperwork done and get my insurance ID. All after hours too. Amazing service from Estela. Thank you

Yirah Yazmin was amazing. She went the extra mile to help find a good deal but yet good coverage. She was always quick to respond and had amazing customer service. She answered every question I ask and was very patient with me. I’m only 19 and this is my first time getting car insurance and the communication and customer service was amazing. Yirah is amazing at what she does!!!
