Had a great experience with Branden Irish. He truly worked his butt off on getting my quotes for business insurance! He went to bat for me with the carriers to get the insurance to where it was affordable and covered all of our needs. Extremely responsive, so even after hours he text me back. Yes, the used to be good. Somehow I got a water damage exclusion, no phone call or email or letter. My rates doubled very recently, no phone call or email or letter. Will be shopping for a new broker.

During that time I have had numerous auto and home changes and they are always quick to help me adjust policies and search for the best value. I have solely worked with Autumn (my namesake sister!) and she’s been nothing short of absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough about her, this company, and the kind, courteous, prompt, and incredibly professional service they offer. Autumn has always found me the best deals without sacrificing coverage (I get much better coverage at a far better price than trying to go with an individual company), even with my ever changing policies and products. Anytime there was ever a snag, or document needed to complete the transaction, Autumn always stayed on top of the process. She often times went above and beyond to finish anything she could for me that I might have missed, all the while communicating clearly and providing seamless updates along the way.

If you not only want great coverage at a great price, but amazing, genuine service – you don’t need to look anywhere else. I will absolutely continue to come to her and JP Perry in the future with my insurance needs, and highly recommend them to everyone and anyone who asks.
