Eastern Insurance Group LLC Customer Reviews:
1) I requested the page of my policy that stated that my storage unit was covered- they don’t email things like that according to the person I talked to.
2) I had flood issues(on Plum Island) and they forwarded me to Homeowners- which has nothing to do with flood. That caused multiple issues.
3) I just requested the transfer paperwork to transfer my flood policy to the guy buying my house, and they wouldn’t give me the paperwork unless the guy buying my house was getting his Homeowners insurance through them. He’s a grown man that will make his own choices. You can be sure that I do NOT recommend Eastern to him.
The new house that I’m buying will definitely NOT be through Eastern.
Just a warning to people in the market for insurance…..
