No sick time, no 401k, and if you are needed off hours, but are busy, they may fire you. In a changed world where employees now have more choices, go to a place that has more than 1 week of vacation, sick time is actually a benefit, maternity leave is granted, and hourly employees don’t have to worry about getting a random call to come in, and then be fired for not.
