At a later stage in life, I am a first-time car owner, and I relocated after many years in one place. This prompted an increase in my insurance needs, and Denise Granville was the best guide to what I needed. She was informative, compassionate and helpful. I also recently had a collision (not my fault), and the guidance I received from Roxana Alonto was top-grade and calming and expert. When a bump occurred in the repairs, Denise got directly involved.
