He deserves 5 stars, only 4 because prices are SO high and that is in the business (and industry). Great experience and would recommend.

I see that there are so many bad reviews on this insurance company but I cannot go along with them so far… the people answered pretty quickly and the whole process of insuring went smoothly. If there will be problems I of course update the review but I think they aren’t bad so far.

I loved them at first, Bryden was very helpful in the beginning and then it all took a turn. Horrible customer service, doesn’t update documents, will tell you to take it up with your carrier. Rep by the name of Bles hung up in my face. Super rude people would no longer recommend to anyone!

If you look below you will see the rude response from the owner Bryden! I never asked for a refund the company kept calling my phone when I was no longer a client asking who I insured with. And then when I didn’t say I was hung up on these are not good people! Do not I repeat do not go through them! They feel we should be grateful for their trash company and service. YOU BE THANKFUL FOR YOUR CLIENTS. Not the other way around.

Scam alert! I would highly like to warn people against this agent. I was able to get a cheaper same day policy with Allstate and they had excellent customer service.

I purchased insurance because I was desperate for a same day policy. Immediately afterwards I realized the price was outrageously high, and I decided to cancel within 5 minutes before signing the policy. I called back and spoke to a different agent and tried to explain. The agent was extremely rude and said “I don’t know why you didn’t figure this out before when you were on the phone.” I was so surprised, I did not expect this kind of service from a business rated 5 stars. I asked to speak to the original agent. That agent said he sent me cancellation docs. I waited and checked my spam, and did not receive the docs, so I called the next day and got the docs immediately, so I signed. It took 10 days to receive the refund, the refund is short $80.09. I called this agent, and they kept repeating over and over that the document was sent the previous day. I did not receive it, and he continued to say it as if I didn’t hear him. He gave me a phone number to check on billing, and they told me the policy was active for one day because I didn’t sign the cancellation until the next day. I never signed policy documents, so I don’t know how it’s possible that the policy was active. I will be filing whatever complaints and reviews I can, and if all else fails I will report this as fraud. 2 of the agents were rude, then I did not receive the full refund. What a rip off!
