I love Tiffany and her team— she’s been my agent ever since I was a college student and goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m getting the best deals I can on any and all policies I have through State Farm. Her office staff are very helpful and responsive and I’ve overall had a very positive experience with them.
I had to transfer one of my policies over to another insurance company about a year ago— Tiffany’s team was very helpful in connecting me with agents from other companies who would be a good fit for what I needed. I was able to find one without too much hassle and everything worked out fine, but the new company definitely doesn’t have the personal touch and relationship with me that Tiffany does.

I’ve had State Farm policies through Tiffany Won for nearly a decade now. I’ve always experienced excellent customer service whenever I’ve had a need to contact them. My most recent experience was with Krista L. She is a newer rep, so there were a couple questions she wasn’t immediately able to answer over the phone, but she was able to clearly explain the answers she did have to my questions, and she was very prompt in following up with me via email for the other questions she has to check on. Overall another great experience.

I had a wonderful broker with State Farm for over 20 years, and he recently retired. He told me that the only person he would refer me to was Tiffany. I’m so glad I took his advice! In the six months I’ve been with Tiffany and her amazing staff (you will always reach someone to get immediate assistance) they have surpassed the service, knowledge, friendliness, and efficiency of my prior broker. You won’t go wrong with Tiffany!

My previous agent retired after five years of exceptional service, during which time he ensured that our payments remained stable. Unfortunately, our new agent, Tiffany, has not been able to maintain this level of service. I contacted her regarding our payment and her assistant or team provided a generic response and were unable to assist us further. They did not offer any alternative solutions. Subsequently, I discovered that I had been reassigned to a different agent.

This demonstrates that Tiffany and her team do not prioritize the needs and concerns of their clients. A competent and client-focused agent would offer alternative solutions rather than abruptly terminating the relationship and delegating the matter to another agent.

I called in today to make changes to my policy. Krista was very quick, kind and helpful with my request. Some representatives don’t have the enthusiasm Krista has. She also responded quickly to me email question. Great customer service!!!
