Recently my car insurance premium went up. I called State Farm and talked to Ashly. She went above and beyond to help me. We submitted my odometer reading to prove I do not drive a lot. It did not work the first time. I basically gave this up but Ashly did not.
She remembered to call me in several week and submitted the odometer reading again to prove our point. And voila – my 6 months premium went down by $300. Great savings! Great service! Thank you very much, Ashly.

I have been a customer of state farm and specifically Jerry since 2000. Any time I have a question they are on top of it. Most recently I had a couple of incidents involving out of state State Farm issues that had technically nothing todo with Jerry and team.
