The hold time is horrible, and don’t even check on customer that is on hold for over 5 minutes. The worst customer service ever. This place does not even deserve one star.

Very rude and it’s completely unnecessary. Will be condescending and lie to you, then act lie the conversation over lowering you bill never happened. Will overcharge you and act like there was a warning that never happened.

Two stars because I actually like the ladies that work there. BUT this place caused me so much unnecessary stress. I sent three years of proof of the policy I’ve been paying for and told them I needed that exact policy again. But for some reason they wrote my new policy without SR 22. So because of this, my husband lost his work truck, lost his drivers license, and we had to pay all kinds of money to the state for reinstatement. I really wanted to have progressive insurance and I really wanted this to work but no one has reached out to me, or seem to care that I had to jump through all of these hoops, because of a mistake THEY made so honestly zero stars!!!!! No one even apologized or even tried to REACH OUT. This was not my fault. I asked several times of this policy was SR-22 and I was assured it was. Well it wasn’t and I’m sitting here dealing with it still while they are sending me a $700 monthly bill to add sr-22. Like I would’ve ever signed a policy like that. No one can afford $700 a month!!!

The staff was friendly. They are an agency with several different companies. My mother had Allstate through them for many many years. Suddenly somehow Allstate said they didn’t get her check for 2 months so they cancelled on her. We go to Tooley&Carver. They went over what they showed on their computer and of course they didn’t know WHY Allstate was saying they didn’t receive her checks. She desided to see if they carried another insurance cheaper with the same coverage. Progressive was cheaper. She set it up with automatic draft so they would be sure to get it on time. Well 3 or 4 months later she gets a letter from Progressive cancelling because of non payment! Somebody somehow reversed routing numbers and policy numbers. Instead of Tooley&Carver going to bat for her and making it right they were having her pay out the butt in penalties and raised her monthly payments by about 20$. So she just completely closed out everything with them and went with State Farm.
