An Insurance agent Sharon Disque (as described in several reviews) did my auto insurance policy. Few months later, I recieved an additional charge of $2,000. I was told by the new insurance agent who replaced Sharon Disque that the policy was wrongly issued by Sharon and she would refund my money. I believe when she realised that its not possible to refund, then her boss who is the partner in this (Michael Goras) became extremely rude and refused to give me the refund. Even after written email that Sharon issued wrong policy, I was told that they cannot do anything about it. Please stay away from this company.

I was a happy customer when I had my old agent. The agent I have now Sharon does not give her 100%. Brushes everything off not to do the legwork. Had to do it on my own to recover over $1,700. Switching insurance brokers ASAP.
