Zero stars. Collects our money, sends harassing phone calls and mail claiming canceling our policies. Find a new insurer.
Now they called us liars! We were insured with this company for over 4 years with 4 houses. We always paid! We had hail damage and had to make a claim ourselves. Attached is proof that we paid before the cancelation notice. Now I have a duplex that is half insured. The same policy # was used for the duplex for 2 policies? I was upset when I left the review, I visited the site to make amends and then read that Access Insurance replied that my husband was rude and didn’t pay. NOW THAT’S UNTRUE AND RUDE! I will forward that complaint to NAIC & OIR if I do not get an apology. Best Regards to Kyle Young.
