This office is a joke! The staff are just as unprofessional as the owner. No one tries to help you find a better rate because no one cares. It’s literally the Miami Cuban Mafia. You reach out to their headquarters in hopes of a resolution and the admin that handles complaints is either in bed with the owner of this location or getting a cut from his numbers because she defends him to the end. If you are looking for an insurance quote look somewhere else anywhere else is better than this place.
