By far the worst insurance company I have ever had they sneak policies on you. They do not inform you of changes to your policies when you make payments over the phone they send you letters to be sneaky and say they informed you of these policies they have 24 hours service, no towing assistance. Literally this company does nothing can’t leave a message. Can’t get any help and they changed my policy on me after I made my payments increasing my payments by $50 when I have no tickets or anything else for a reason to increase my pay a bunch of crooks thieves, and they find legal ways to get around. You do not go to this company for insurance purposes.

Horrible service in Fresno California, l had gotten my car stolen and been calling the claim adjuster for over 13 days and no one has called me back! They seem like they don’t care. If l were you and live in Fresno do not go with this insurance company, very unprofessional, and uncaring

Horrible service from fresno Fiesta is the sells company , we have a car accident on a Saturday on freeway and they have no answer, or give us a solution they don’t want to cover chiropractic, please choose another company insurance,
