These people are crooks raising your insurance rates so high that it’s hard to afford it , and doing it in weeks and months. Customer service is horrible. So trying to contact online app instead of emailing I text and don’t get a response. Like they hiding from you and know what they are doing to you. Had a claim on a truck that was insured by them and never received payment for my lost of my vehicle . I just no one to deal with crooks like this and been with them over 20 years.
