Just want to talk to a person. I need to update my current policy. Called, spoke to Mr. Santo who told me he’d have someone call me back. That didn’t happen. A week later I called and left a message. I work and can’t take random calls during the day but did get 3-4 calls in a single day. Have continued to call etc. Nothing. It’s been over a month. This is way too complicated.
