I had an older gentleman hit my back door of cat and admit to hitting me. The company absolutely did nothing to help me with the claim, his insurance was out of Texas so after months of playing phone tag with his insurance it took over a year to actually get my car fixed and they didn’t fix everything since he hit my tire and knocked my sensor off which was brought up multiple times but was never fixed, if they weren’t the cheapest around I would definitely be changing companies. The only reason I have two stars is the fact their prices re decent.
