Terrible recent experience. Been working with this agency for nearly 15 years and they were great, but they replaced their customer service people with some kind of AI voicebot. The good agents I had dealt with are gone. Very poor service now. Avoid.

Disappointing experience, poor customer service, stay away if you can. I connected with them to cancel my home insurance policy, asked them whether the refund check would be mailed to the morgage company or to me. No response to that question in three responses, then when the agent finally caught up to it she told me it was mailed to my old address which I no longer have direct access to. She said I didn’t mention I had new address when I asked the question, so it was my fault not hers that the check was issued to the old address. I told her I would have told her if she had answered my question on where the refund check will go. Why would I need to tell the new address if the check was going to the mortgage company?! Such a lack of owning mistakes and poor customer service. Very disappointed experience.

I was put on a list – I NEVER signed up for. When I called to ask them to take me off the list they had ALL my information. Let’s be perfectly clear. I DID NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MY INFORMATION!
When I further inquired HOW they got my information – they were belligerent towards me. UTTERLY Rude and condescending. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT GET YOUR INSURANCE THROUGH THEM!
Unless you like to be treated like GARBAGE.
Their website doesn’t even work! This place is either a sham or a scam!
