I have been a client with Iowa Insurance Consultants for many years and have been satisfied with them, up until last year when I had a very contentious claim with Auto-Owners insurance company. The issue is that I had a tree limb fall through the roof and into the house through the ceiling in the front room. I have been fighting the insurance company to pay on the full claim since last year. When I asked Brent for help, his answer is “I normally do not get involved in claims”. Then what good is a agent that won’t help when needed? This claim is still open and unpaid with me out several thousand dollars that I had to pay to the contractor when services were provided.
