Will bleed you for every penny they think they’re owed.
Had multiple policies with Lisa and her team for 10+ years without a single claim. Stuck around during this time because changes in my policy were pain free and met my needs. Ended up canceling my policies due to my bill getting reduced by 30% with another company. At that time I was told over the phone that I would be credited since my policy would be inactive at midnight the same night, instead of staying active for the whole month. I was later billed in the mail and promptly sent to collections instead.
Glad I didn’t have to experience the nightmare I feel would have happened with a claim.
