If you’re not Cuban, they don’t treat you well. The gentleman is vulgar and intemperate. I spoke to him and he answered things completely different from what I said. Terrible service

I would leave zero Stars if possible. We got univista for our homeowners insurance. We closed on our home at the end of October. November 12th they canceled our policy with no explanation. There’s been zero communication from them either by phone or email. We had no idea they had canceled us until we got the refund check in the mail. I’ve tried numerous times to get ahold of anybody who can explain why they cancelled our policy but no one ever answers the phone. I was able to speak with Carlos one time. He said he needed to make a couple phone calls and asked me to call back in 20 minutes.
I did call back and he has not answered the phone or emailed me to let me know what the situation is. I am very frustrated with this company. It’s hard enough to get insurance in the State of Florida without having to work with companies like this. Go anywhere else.

They are scammers! I canceled insurance over 1 year ago, and they still charge me!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Tried to cancel, they just hung up on me till the day of my insurance. Then told me that they can’t give a refund. then said they would after I got mad, but said they charge a boat load of money to cancel. NOW THERE SAYIN NO REFUNDS! State Farm is so much better and way cheaper. Was payin $215 with univista (this was with basic) and with State Farm I’m payin $140 ( this is full coverage on a financed car that’s is a 2021)

Was paying over $1000 on homeowners insurance, previous agent was unprofessional and unresponsive. Felt like home when coming over to Univista, Ismaray was able to get my insurance down to $740 for same coverage. Great service
