Curbside Treasures LLC
This company farms out their insurance to other companies. Then provides no assistance. The carrier we were assigned was incompetent. They could not even manage to update contact info. They lost several audits, and still owe us a refund. When we would reach out to Contractors Edge about any issue we were directed to contact the carrier directly. They provided no assistance. We never spoke to any of the same agents. When we would ask for a certain agent it was typically to hear that they no longer worked there.

This was a very interesting & easy process for me. I was assigned to Austin as my contact. Very fast and efficient. He went through all of my insurance coverage’s that I already had and advised what needed to be changed in order meet my new insurance requirements. I am a firm believer that if someone takes my calls at 8pm on Saturday night and 9am on a Sunday morning, they have already won my business. Highly recommended!

I had my liability insurance with Contractors Edge for four years. The last 2 years I had to contact them when my premium was due because they were sending my renewal notice to an old email even though I gave them the new email. This year they let my insurance lapse without contacting me and when I called informed me that they were no longer writing policies unless you had more than one policy with them. Very disappointed with their service. I would not recommend using this company.

They are always ready on the spot with all of my insurance needs. Always helpful, and instantly producing documents for us upon request. My contact for this company was Chris Littken To start off this company emailed and called me everyday to sign up.Got general liability and i was suppose to get workman’s comp as well. The GL went smooth for the most part but when i went to fill out paperwork for workman’s comp Chris told me he had to retrieve the quote so that he would be the assigned agent. He said it would be 24-48 hours until he received it and would notify me as soon as it came in. I got word from another company that it had came in on the same day. Emailed and called chris the next week and he wouldn’t answer and finally emailed me saying that he is now out of the office for a whole week and would let me know when it came in.. Weeks later now and he doesn’t respond to any emails or answer any calls and i was left without workman’s comp insurance. Bad experience overall. Don’t push your marketing on people and then provide terrible customer service.
