Find any other agency if you like All state!! This branch Lies to get your money sell false policies etc!! Use all type of threat tactics ! When you ask questions ypu Always have to deal with a new agent who typically tell you the total opposite of what the last one did. After speaking with Josie Charles who uses a bunch of fluff and lies it’s the same excuse well better serve you that’s why they no longer with us things never get better or complete. I reached out to my old agent and now I see why Josie Charles has a bunch of illegal tactics to steal from customers and his employees.

Changes needed on my new policy home and car. Thanks to Trovoys patience and knowledge we were able to correct and change my needs. Home Ins policy changes were due to county public records been both in need of updating and mistakes by our assessories not the insurance company and Trovoy guided me in how to handle that. Hopefully Incan go to Trovoy anytime I need help

Terrible place to get insurance from ! They pass you around lie to get a sell then the manager guy Joe is a completely unprofessional slimy guy do not trust him or this agency it won’t be long before he’s shut down his practices HAS to be illegal and his turnover rate clearly is bad can’t keep employees I wonder why
