If I could post negative stars, there would not be enough negatives to give. Horrible response. Mistakes made by them that will ultimately be put on you and made your fault. Zero compassion. Zero transparency. They do not care about you. Not a single bit. My advice is to stay away from this company. You and I mean nothing to them. One of my most disliked if not the most disliked insurance company. DO NOT give them your hard earned money.

Horrible insurance company. Not just this location as I have nothing against people doing their job. But as a whole, if I could give negative stars it would max out. They are uncaring, unjust and really do not care about you. They make mistakes and blame you. I lost 60 grand because of incompetence directly by an agent. DO NOT EVER trust this company.

I have had very bad attention from the employees, to activate my insurance they were very kind to me, but to cancel, they give me a lot of problems, I have been trying to cancel for 2 weeks and it is the day that they do not cancel my insurance, the The one who activated me is called MAJO, who left working there, and now she transferred me to Lorena Duran, and because of them I will have to pay more, I had 3 insurance policies with you and I no longer want to know about this company, I just I was going to cancel 1. Now I’m going to cancel all 3. I’m extremely upset with the situation. I don’t know who can help me cancel my insurance.

Been trying to get ahold of my advisor John Sherwood for a week now. He has been a complete nightmare to work with. Not only did he scam me into putting a claim through, but he also failed to advise me of the deductible on my claim and because of this my car has been sitting at an auto body shop for over two weeks. I’ve called, emailed and left messages on multiple occasions. I’ve requested multiple times for a manger to contact me as well. Still no word from anyone. I am disgusted with this company and their customer service. Clearly did not do enough research. I will not be a Desjardins client after this. Absolutely horrible!!
