I’ve had insurance through this company for many many years and honestly, the best agent ever was Martha luscsni Who es no longer working there. she was always very helpful and very friendly. at this time, I am very upset with the agent that is there by the name of kenic, he has a very bad attitude and is very rude. I feel very uncomfortable coming here knowing I have to put up with him. I definitely do not recommend anyone to come here and work with him. Horrible, horrible service.lllllll VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I would give 0 stars if i could. We entered the office with 2 agents present. One agent was free while one was with a customer. We were there for 5 mins with the agents knowing we were there. No one came to greet or assist us while completely ignoring us
