This was a great agency at one point I have been with allstate for over 40 years now i cant even reach my agent let alone pay my bill I’m in my 80s and my bill would come monthly now i have to wait for them to send me a bill ONE TIME with my schedule of payments I call the office Ive always worked with and am told that its not actually that office that has my policy that its another office . The personal attention we would receive years ago no longer exists .

This is the BEST INSURANCE Company I have ever dealt with . Sam is Awesome as is Sandra and the whole Staff. I just bought a SUV called Sam and it was a done deal. I would gave this insurance company zero review. I called them and they gave me a quote and emailed it to me but when I went there in person they gave me a higher rate although I showed them the email I got from them. Terrible and untrusted insurance company on earth.
