Unprofessional setting. I went in asking for a quote, i was nonchalantly instructed to fill out a “clipboard” while the woman behind the counter loudly discussed an argument/disagreement she was having with one of her friends. I’m all about professionalism and this place definitely lacked every bit of it.

their pricing is fair unfortunately no one ever answers the phone they do not have a website where you can pay online they don’t have an automated phone service that you can pay over the phone so unless you reach a human being you cannot pay your bill and I’ve been trying for three days. If I get popped with the late fee because they are not up to date honor technology and are understaffed be able to answer the phone which by the way they have no voicemail then I’m switching companies and they will be not receiving my payments
