Danny Reyes has charged $188 broker’s fee on top of the $45 imaging fee for a simple $46 non-owner insurance policy to one of our customers. She was new in town and fell for it. When I asked him to explain why the fee was so high, he basically said “we charge what we want”.

They refused to cancel the policy and said a manager will call us, but he/she never did. The fine print says that the cancellation request can only be accepted in writing, but don’t specify where to send the requests.

I have never seen such predatory tactics and blatant disregard for customer service.

The Department of Insuance will be notified next.

Ashley Duran was able to find and provide a policy at a much better rate than I had previously. She was friendly, efficient and professional. She made it very easy to get set up and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in need of insurance.
