TERRIBLE REPRESENTATIVE! Dennis Ferguson was only attentive and helpful when my nearly 90-yr.old, mostly-blind mother was paying handsomely for her policy. Once my father passed away and my mother moved into assisted care, he immediately cancelled her policy (offering no assistance in finding vacant-home coverage), and didn’t lift a finger to help me recoup the overpayment owed to her. Although the AAA cancellation letter said “contact your agent for assistance with the reimbursement”, his office told me “we can’t help you — you’ll have to contact member services.” FIND ANOTHER REP!!
