The service I received from Triple A was very disheartening! This was my first time using Triple A and it should be my last! My ordeal started Dec 7, 2023, at around 6:45 a.m. I was driving out of town and at mile marker 54 I ran off the road. I called Triple A and was told that it would be an hour before a tow truck would arrive. After an hour had lapsed, I called back. I was then told that it was “too early” and triple A didn’t have a truck out that early. I told her that this was unacceptable b/c Triple A was a 24 hour service. She became quite on the phone and then started that she would try to get someone out within an hour, but it wasn’t any guarantee. Finally, a paramedic stopped stating that he was on his way to work. He then called the State troopers’ office and within minutes, he was on the scene. The trooper proceeded getting my car from under the embankment and made sure that I was okay. I proceeded on my trip, finally I received a text from Triple A stating that a second tow truck would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. However, the first truck never arrived. I was so disgusted that I didn’t respond to their text or their calls. I was so disappointed in the customer service representative, her unprofessionalism, rudeness, and attitude. Maybe, I should have paid the paramedic the renewal fee I had just paid Triple A.

I had a horrible experience on 4/6/23 with AAA roadside assistance team. I was stocked on the freeway for several hours without getting any assistance from AAA roadside assistance team. I made several calls and I was instructed to wait for 30mins or 45 minutes but no assistance showed up. I was on the freeway from 11:30pm Wednesday night till 9am Thursday morning without help. Tow truck showed up after showed up after 8am. I had called every 15mins all night, I was never told that I had to wait till 6am for assistance. I am a female, think about a risk for a female to be stocked in her on a freeway at night on a freeway alone at night without assistance from a renowned company like AAA. All the excellent assistance advertising on television that your company gives to customers. I didn’t get any on 4/6/23 which was why I registered with AAA that morning in order to save me but all failed, very disappointed.

Absolute worst! 15 months and they don’t pay what they are responsible for. 85 year old woman is being sued because their claims adjuster told me to. Sad excuse for an insurance company. Great example of a scam

By far one of my worst experiences ever!!! The staff are not helpful and they don’t know what they are talking about. I could go on forever about this visit but to make it short, I was forced to cancel my home and auto insurance after being a loyal customer for 8 years. Due all to this visit

I’m still contemplating reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or the government agency that looks into insurance unfair practices. I tried filing a complaint with their company but they gave me the run around and never contacted me back.

There is a lot more to this story and as a black woman I was downgrated into one of the hottest trends that is happening in America. I felt horrible and sad that I gave them so much of my time and money over the years. The customer service center managers were just as bad.
Oh, I forgot I would make this short. Moral of the story, Please Beware!!
