This place is a joke. I’ve been in business with them for over 10 years with no issue. Bo used to work there and everything went good since he quit. They’ve more than doubled my raid on my insurance and you definitely do not want to pay for their free towing/ membership. That is a complete joke. I’ve had to use it three times and every single time I was stuck waiting on the side of the road for 5 to 8 hours and was told by every tow truck. The reason why we wait so long is AAA pays a flat rate to those companies. They don’t make any money so we are not considered a priority to them because everybody else pays full rate and they actually make good money. So everybody hates towing for AAA because they’re underpaid. I would definitely not recommend going to the place on gull road. They’ve increased their rates drastically over the last 12 months

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I have NEVER dealt with as many issues as I have with these people. Incompetent, LAZY, Karrie had the nerve to tell me ‘I don’t feel like doing this today’ a while back when I was having issues with my policy. Well maybe you guys shouldn’t be effing up then. Constantly! If you want to join AAA stay away from this office, they also want to skyrocket your rate when you renew your policy and don’t give you any reasons as to why. I literally have to call 3 times a months with issues. Do not recommend these jokes.
