I gave the following review 3 yrars ago. I am here waiting for the office to open for 45 minutes. I came at 12:22… it is now 1:13. How long is the lunch anyways??? No one has time to wait, drive along way and wait until you finish a coke. Please put a time on the door so customer can be informed. 🤔🤔have things to do..A great agent for insurance needs. Great rates…great service. I have been with Arvin for years. I have been very pleased with the service, rates and customer service. However, as an old lady I am alittle dissatisfied with the forms…verification given. Because, I was not given correct verification and if I had not caught the mistake myself, this could have cost me expensive tickets that I can’t pay. I am on a fixed income and I don’t feel like the extra time, and cost to get the correct documents. This is the only complaint I have…my health makes it a pain to do extra travel trying to straightened things that should have been correct when given.
