UPDATE: I have updated this review as of today. The reason is I CAN NEVER connect with Mr. Justin HONEY when needed. ( I used to be able to connect!!!) I leave messages and I leave emails. He answered the insurance company that messed up my homeowners payment . It was important that this be corrected so they would not take more money out my bank at the wrong time! But Absolute Integrity would not answer my call, SEVERAL CALLS…. This is unacceptable. I have had this happen before. No assistant calling back for him or nothing. AND NO APOLOGYS!. With that said I AGREE with the others saying cannot connect with him. I never like to give negative reviews to a good person. BUT this has to get better.!!!!!! Communication is everything. When I need him the most there is not answers or returns to emails LATELY. Again this is unacceptable. Such a good hearted person YET no intentions of connecting back…I am not the only one I see this is happening to on the reviews. What I would like is an apology. I have paid faithfully on all my policies for years and this is not good. Im not sure if Mr. Honey is tired of his Job or not but people need responses. I am sure he has a good heart, but a good heart is not answering the phones and emails in times of great need. I had to do all the work myself to get the people to fix my homewowners error after many calls to them. I am not the agent.

Justin Honey has been my insurance agent for over a decade. I decided to insure with Absolute Integrity because he patiently explained to me all of the things customers should know about insurance, but I definitely didn’t. As my life has changed and my needs changed, he has worked with me to update my insurance covearges as well. I have shopped my rates elsewhere a number of times out of curiosity. None of the other big names could provide me similar coverage for a more competitive price! Justin earned my loyalty with his honesty and by making it convenient to get in contact to update my insurance. I love that I’ve been able to text, even if it’s 10PM when I finally remember I need to change my address on my insurance. Text, email, call, fax, whatever works for you. It’s quick, convenient, and service is prompt. You will always get a thorough answer to questions and a personable discussion. Thanks for being amazing, Justin! You put the 1-800-insure-me-now companies to shame!

I turned in a claim with Justin Honey (Absolute Integrity Insurance) 7 months ago for a roof. Neve heard back from him. I called the insurance company direct Travelers and turned in the claim. It took Travelers over 6 months to pay the roofers for only part of the roof that they would pay for. I made dozens of phone calls, left voice mail messages, email messages, and texts. Never heard anything from Justin Honey of his company. Finally, after receiving some money for the roof. I cancelled the Insurance. I left messages, texts, and emailed both Justin Honey and Travelers. Still getting billed for the Insurance, yet no one ever calls or responds to my cancellation. Horrible experience.

I have been with Justin Honey and Absolute Integrity Insurance for almost 4 years now and my parents have been with them for 15+. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with them up until about 2 years ago. I recommend my sister use them and she could never get a hold of anyone to get a quote. I had some changes to my policies and it took me forever to get a hold of anyone. Now I am trying yet again to make some changes and write a new policy and I am unable to reach anyone. I am not sure what is going on. Hopefully, they can provide some clarification to their clients and or hire some more staff if need be. If you do see this Justin or anyone at Absolute Integrity Insurance, please contact me asap. Thank you.

We were happy with Justin and his firm for years, however over the last 6 months it has been impossible to reach him or anyone there. I have left voicemail and emails. No one has even responded. I needed to add a vehicle we purchased- pretty important. I am in the process of switching insurance companies now and I still need to contact the agent to do this. It feels impossible. Until recently it was awesome I always felt like they were on top of it. They are now the polar opposite.
