*update 10-16-18* I still have not got a call from this cut-rate insurance company. I’m paying out of pocket for a rental car. I wouldn’t insure my property with this company to save money because when you need them most. They don’t even return phone calls.
*original post* My vehicle and my wife’s vehicle were both parked and hit by someone insured with Acceptance Insurance. I called them several times and never got a call back. When I finally spoke to a claims adjuster/customer service they told me that if the person’s toxicology report came back positive they may or may not insurance the person. It has been 6 days and no return call. I have contacted an attorney because I feel like this company will drag this out and not pay for repair or reimburse us for rental vehicles.
