After meeting 2 of your unprofessional staff that gave good verbal communication but like the skills to follow through. I met kelvin who not only communicates well but took his time to walk me though the process. Kelvin was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable of his job.His tone was very kind. When we fist connected I was not happy. My patients were worn out from waiting on a call back from Joslyn and Anglia. I was treated so well by this young man at some point my stress level went away. I really appreciate Kevin and thinks he saved freeway insurance from loosing a customer. That young man should be given a raise . I’m now happy that I chosen freeway Ins don’t think I would be a customer if he wasn’t on the other end of my call. Thanks kelvin!
