After several arguments with multiple employees of this company I decided I will NEVER use them again. You can’t even call these people and report that you where in a car accident. Last time I tried they talked to me like I was an idiot and said “okay you got in a car wreck so what?”… ummm so I’m trying to repot it??? That’s what you’re supposed to do??? I even had an employee try to convince me to not take action against a man who committed insurance fraud against us. After I told him that he was basically acting like an accomplice to the crime he forwarded me to his manager who immediately apologized and said that was crazy and I should definitely take action. I totalled one of my BMWs and they gave me 2 grand less than what it’s worth. They literally treat you like you’re stupid and talk down to you with arrogance.

I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. My apartment building requires a higher than normal liability coverage for rental insurance and they kept searching until we found the coverage I needed. I’ve never had to purchase rental insurance before and she answered all my questions and was friendly during the entire process. Thank you Courtney! Your customer service is impeccable.
