I got into a accident on 7/7 the insurance company deemed my vehicle a total loss I’ve gotten to the total loss department and the adjuster has been very rude about everything I understand a settlement needs approval but I’m not at fault in this accident I sent in any documentation I’ve had to make the process smoother I paid $425 monthly for full coverage any other insurance company I’ve dealt with was very responsive and kept the customers up to date and payouts took only about 3 weeks tops it’s been a month and I’m stuck paying on a vehicle that I can’t use due to waiting on the insurance company this is getting very frustrating nobody answers the phones you have to literally call 30+ times the supervisor has yet to call me back all the emails sent via other staff this has been a burden!! That number they listed is absolutely nobody who can help!

So I’ve been trying to find an affordable car insurance with no hassle while caretaking a newborn. So I googled insurance near me and Acceptance came up. So instead of the Quote link (which is a run a around) I chose to go inside for myself . Went right inside and was greeted by Rob. When I say the whole experience and transaction went smooth with no headache…. MUCH APPRECIATED with my newborn. Also Rob was VERY professional, polite, and well spoken. Thank you again ROB!!!

I’m mad as hell on July 8th they took double pay out my account I came to the office and the gentleman in the office called and emailed for the company to refund me the difference and I they never did now I’m back at the office with the same person which he is wonderful it’s the company and there is still no answer yet now I’m just waiting and I am very disappointed and irritated 😠 with this insurance company at this point I my need to go somewhere else please 🙏🏾 click on the picture so you can see what they took from me
