Extremely disappointed and do not recommend this branch 1. They never answer the phone or return calls 2. They somehow signed us up for multiple policies and we are now being charged twice but it’s somehow our fault? 3. It seems like you can never talk to the same person and someone is always telling you something different than the last person you spoke with 4. They will make an appointment for you to come in and speak with them and then be closed at the time they told you to come in ?? Do not waste your time with them please go anywhere else we will be canceling our policy with them as soon as we can do not recommend!!!

SLOWEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. NO sense of needing to move quick or efficiently. Just let the line pile up must be the company mission statement..
And they’re rates aren’t very good.

Poor customer service, called several times to resolve a problem on my account placed on hold or put through to voicemail. They canceled my Insurance now Im paying double currently, not mention had a claim 2021 they was never paid in full – $2200 . Do not use this company!!!!
