Never had A bad Experience Everytime I come here to get insurance it’s always a fun and friendly fast experience. James Manning Is Always so helpful and very professional and helpful anytime I need car insurance wouldn’t go to any other car insurance company around Tuscaloosa.

I’ve been with this insurance company for at least 3 years. No problem starting off, nor any afterwards UNTIL TODAY. I had to renew my insurance last month, and when it was time to pay my insurance my bill was much higher. I was NOT informed the my 2023 Nissan Rogue was NO-LONGER apart of their coverage. And it’s because that particular vehicle was involved in accidents last year. I got my car in November of 2022 and was never informed of this, and wasn’t informed when it was time to renew my policy. But I was informed it was time to renew it. And because other people were incapable of handling this particular vehicle, mine was excluded as well. WOW NOTHING TO DO WITH EVERY DRIVER WITH THIS SAME VEHICLE. The two stars are for the past experience, but it is a cheating, dishonest feeling to not be informed of IMPORTANT information before they decided to take your money. The vehicle has a LOT of wonderful features, including panorama roof, heated seats and steering and speed auto reduction just naming a few. As of all vehicles it comes with GAP insurance. But to find out how Acceptance Insurance handled this incident was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Thankfully I spoke with another owner with the same vehicle, and she told me about an Insurance company here in Tuscaloosa whom will take into consideration of the features of my vehicle and give much better price coverage. Plus my driving record isn’t an issue neither. I am going to drop my issuance with them and move on, and make this my last payment. This is why it’s very important to be informed of things like this, people are already struggling and things such as food is already high. Of course you need Motor Vehicle Insurance, but it shouldn’t come with dishonesty just to get people’s money for the sake of ANY company.

My husband and I were looking for a new insurance with lower rates and we came across Acceptance and decided to give it a try. We spoke with Antonio at the Tuscaloosa location and he was so great and helpful! Got us a lower rate and made the process so so easy and fast! He explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand and was very professional as well as nice and actually made conversation with us. 10/10 would recommend! 😁
