The rep that I spoke had no customer service what so ever! Horrible attitude instead of wanting to help the customer fix an issue their system did. And it was an issue that was done multiple months in a row. A payment was withdrawn from my account not once but twice and the way the rep made me feel like I was responsible for their system issue. The rep ended hanging up the phone call without caring about my issue.
From a person who works in customer service for many years this is unacceptable! Either some kind of training needs to happen or they need to find a job that does not require them to be customer facing at anytime!
