I got mail from them with home insurance estimate $1450, but when I contact on next day, they provide $3600 cost, not $1450. be careful and not trust them, check every word.

One wish they could change on thing on drive wise. My granddaughter is like the dj when I’m driving so my drive wise shows phone in use. There needs to be a option for someone else using your phone. Makes it look like I’m always on my phone. But other than that no complaints with service.

So sad. I have a policy with Allstate through this agency. On 5-25-2024 the Club Car Wash at Sw 89th damaged our car severely. The attendant acknowledged the event and the damage from heavy fishing line hooks and lead sinkers that were entangled in their brush system. The young manager there advised us we had to sign a waiver in order to make a claim. There were two witnesses plus a statement of the events signed by the attendant and the witness. I told the man that I could only sign a waiver like that if my agent or the Allstate claims office advised me to. Nobody at Allstate answered the phone that day between 9am to 10 am that morning. Turns out there is no claims number on the e cards provided by Allstate. Ok, no problem, I’ll just call them Tuesday after the memorial holiday. Thats exactly what happened and my agent gave me the number to Allstate claim office. After trying to reach themnfor two days I contacted my agent again. The rep was less than enthusiastic about helpi g me reach a live body in claims and reluctantly got me in touch with the claims office. The claims office will only help me by filing a claim on my policy and me paying the deductibles. The only thing I need from Allstate is either sign the Club car wash waiver “OR” authorize me to sign it on Allstates behalf. Allstate has refused to assist me in ANY satisfactory or reasonable manor. What they want to do is charge me for the damage and pay the deductibles out of my pocket. Any reasonable corporation would gladley have the adjuster talk with me and The Club Carwash. At over $4 grand a year one would think and expect his/her insurance agency to assist in getting the vehicle repaired. Asnitnis right now, Im probably going to need an attorney and for what. Because my agent and claims office dont want to be bothered by making a phone call to get the club Carwash insurance company which club says i cant have unless I sighn their waiver.
This agent has always been very kind. Its easy to be kund when someone is writing you a large bank draft twice a year, but ask for assistance and its a whole different story.
For these reasons, I’d pass on allstate insurance of any kind. Their claims office is close minded and very rude. This is the poorest service I’ve ever received in my life.
Damage statement has been signed by Club carwash agent and witness but Allstate wants to collect my deductible. Now thats about as greedy as it gets. Next stop News channel 4 in your corner and the BBB.
