Adamson Insurance & Associates Customer Reviews:
I have been a driver on a policy with Adamson for a few years, then I got my own policy this year. When a payment didn’t go through, I contacted them about the email. I offered to pay via card or bring them cash. I was told not to, and that I’d be billed for both months the next month; paying with cash might result in my paying twice. A month went by, and I received another email, again I contacted them, and I was told to wait while my agent figured out what was wrong. My next contact from Adamson was via mail- a letter I received on the 7th, telling me they’d canceled my policy on the 1st. I was hopeful this was just different offices not speaking with one another and reached out. I was told we needed a brand new policy and my new policy was 180$ (my old policy had been 86). When I reached out to progressive, I got the same coverage, for 93 (with the snapshot). I don’t know what I did to offend these people, but they’ve been clear that the only way they’ll take my money is if I let them rob me, so I’ll give it to someone else. I’m a nice woman, not a fool.
