Amy and her staff are excellent in their customer service. When I’ve called with questions on our policy and Amy is unavailable, I can tell the communication within the office is efficient because she gets back to me with the ANSWER, not a neutral comment like “I understand you called, so how can I help?” We’ve had some unusual situations and Amy is always honest and forthright with the proper direction for us. I highly recommend AIM Insurance!

I am so impressed with Aim Insurance! The staff is friendly and quick to respond and replacing our bundled home and auto policies was so easy. The company we had been with previously kept increasing our premiums every year although we never had a claim. Kelli Clem gave us identical coverage, and we saved over $1,000 this year! My husband has a small commercial trucking business, and when his insurance renewal was set to go up by 23%, he also went to Kelli. He now has the same coverage for less than half of what he paid last year. It is worth your time to call for a quote.

Kelli and the team at AIM are awesome! Always extremely fast, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Although they are based out of the KC area, they do a great job serving Wichita. Everything is done online/phone and is quicker than driving to an agent’s office, so the distance is never an issue. Definitely check them out, highly recommended!
